POD’s
Enables customers to have secure, restricted access to their
proofs of delivery on a daily basis via the web by means of a
login and unique customer password.
·
POD's
for completed deliveries are available from 11.00am the
day after delivery.
·
The
image provided is a scanned copy of your
original delivery note - not a signature only system.
·
POD'
s will remain on the database for a minimum of three months.
·
In
the event that a POD is not available online at the time of
request, it will be notified to our system automatically and a
response will be given within two hours.

POD’s
on CD
The
current “On Line” system will access Pod’s up to 3 months
after delivery date. After which time you can avail of our
“POD’s on CD”
Alternatively
if you do not have access to “POD’s on Line” then this is
the ideal solution for you.
This
option is available within 45 days after month end.
The
advantages are:

We
will supply you with one CD per month
·
You
will avoid having to resort to your Hard Copy paper files to
recover Pod’s.
·
You
can upload the contents of the CD to your PC or network if you
require.
·
To
read a CD or the contents we will install the “JL Archive”
software for you. This software has the same search criteria as
the current “On Line” software but is multi-user and it
operates on a Microsoft platform.
·
This
service allows you complete fingertip access and control to all
your Pod’s delivered by Johnston Logistics in a very simple and managed format.
